CCC-002 Customer Care for Customer Care Call Centre Operators
Aim - The aim of this course is to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of the correct way to handle a Customer’s enquiry or complaint in a Customer Care Call Centre operation or Customer Service Centre.
Who should attend - The course is intended for all Customer Care personnel, who are required to work in a Customer Care Call Centre or Customer Service Centre and who are required to deal with Customers with regards to provision or repair services.
