TIC-039 Introduction to VOIP

Aim - This course is intended to provide trainees with a basic technical understanding of Internet Telephony, Voice over the Public Internet and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and how VoIP can be deployed in Enterprise and Public Carrier environments.
Who should attend - This course is intended for all staff who need to plan, maintain or operate an Internet Telephony, Voice over the Public Internet or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system, and how VoIP can be deployed in Enterprise and Public Carrier environments.
