    Aim - The aim of this course is provide the trainee with a basic understanding of the correct way to handle a visit to a Customer’s premises and to provide or repair services.
    Who should attend - The course is intended for all personnel, who are required to work in Customer’s premises and who are required to provision or repair services.
  • CCC-002 Customer Care for Customer Care Call Centre Operators
    Aim - The aim of this course is to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of the correct way to handle a Customer’s enquiry or complaint in a Customer Care Call Centre operation or Customer Service Centre.
    Who should attend - The course is intended for all Customer Care personnel, who are required to work in a Customer Care Call Centre or Customer Service Centre and who are required to deal with Customers with regards to provision or repair services.

    Aim - This course is an advanced Call Centre course and is intended to teach advanced call Centre skills.
    Who should attend - This course is an advanced Call Centre course and is intended to be for trainees who have attended a basic Call Centre course.
