TCLGC-001 Introduction to General Contract Terms and Conditions

Aim - This course is intended to provide the trainee with a working knowledge of General Contract Terms and Conditions, which are applicable to the construction and installation works being executed by a typical telecom operator. The course content will provide a basic understanding, as required by the works supervisors to
administrate contracts in the field.
Who should attend - This course is intended for construction personnel, who may be required to interpret or refer to the General Contract Terms and Conditions, during the course of their work and execution of the Contract, to ensure the practical execution of the Contract.
