TIC-001A Introduction to ICT/Telecommunications(Basic)

Aim – This course is intended to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of telecommunications and an understanding of the current state of the industry and technologies in use.
The course is intended as an entry level course for new employees and is a mandatory course.
Who should attend – The course is intended for trainees, who will need a basic understanding of the telecommunications industry and who need to understand the technology behind the products and services being provisioned.
