TIC-002 Introduction to ICT/Telecommunications (Non-Technical)

Aim - This course is intended to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of telecommunications and an understanding of the current state of the industry and technologies in use.
It is a non-technical course and is therefore presented in non-engineering terms for executives or non-engineers to understand.
Who should attend - The course is intended for trainees, who will need a basic understanding of the telecommunications industry and who need to understand the products and services being provisioned.
