Aim - This course is intended to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the technologies and their application in the Operator network and explain how the network is engineered, equipment used and the services that can be provisioned on the network platform. Who should attend - This course is intended for personnel, who need a comprehensive overview and understanding of how the Operator network is planned, engineered and constructed. - TIC-002 Introduction to ICT/Telecommunications (Non-Technical)
Aim - This course is intended to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of telecommunications and an understanding of the current state of the industry and technologies in use. It is a non-technical course and is therefore presented in non-engineering terms for executives or non-engineers to understand.Who should attend - The course is intended for trainees, who will need a basic understanding of the telecommunications industry and who need to understand the products and services being provisioned. - TIC-003 Introduction to Mobile Communications
Aim – The aim of this course is to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of the GSM system and its implementation, the future steps of mobile telecommunications and the Intelligent Network (IN).
Who should attend – The course is intended for all new engineering personnel, who are working for a Mobile Telecommunications Service Operator or persons who would like to understand more about the mobile telecommunications industry. - TIC-004 Introduction to Mobile Communications (Non-Technical)
Aim – The aim of this course is to provide the trainee of with a basic understanding of Cellular Mobile Telecommunications systems and services offered.
Who should attend - The course is intended for all non-engineering personnel, who are working for a Mobile Telecommunications Service Operator or persons who would like to understand more about the mobile telecommunications industry. - TIC-005 Introduction to Data Communications
Aim – This course is intended to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of Data Communications and an understanding of the current state of technologies in use.
Who should attend – The course is intended for trainees, who will be responsible for planning and installation of multi-vendor products and who need to understand the technology behind the products and services being provisioned. - TIC-006 Introduction to Microwave Radio
Aim – This course is intended to provide the trainee with a broad understanding of Microwave Radio technologies and how microwave radio system can be implemented in a telecommunications network.
