TIC-020 Introdution to Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN)

Aim - This course is intended to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) technology and how this is being implemented in modern telecommunications networks as broadband solution to customer’s requirements.
Who should attend - The course is intended for trainees, who will be responsible for the planning, installation, operation and maintenance of ISDN networks and who need to understand the technology behind the products and services being provisioned.
