TCLGC-002 Introduction to Critical Path Analysis (CPA)

Aim - The aim of this course is to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of the Critical Path Analysis (CPA) technique and its correct use, to assist with planning in the workplace.
Who should attend - The course is intended for all personnel, who are required to plan work and who need a planning tool to assist them in their work and as an aid to logical thinking.
