TCLGC-007 Introduction to Change Management

Aim -The aim of this course is to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of Quality of Service (QoS) and how to implement it in the workplace.
Who should attend - The course is intended for all non-engineering personnel, who are working for a mobile telecommunications operator.
