  • TOHSC-001 Introduction to Occupational Health & Safety in Telecommunications

  • TOHSC-002 Introduction to Safety for Network Engineers
    Aim - The aim of this course is to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety and how to implement safety in the workplace, when undertaking network installation, construction and operation and maintenance duties.
    Who should attend - The course is intended for all telecommunications network installation, construction and operation and maintenance personnel, who are required to work in the field and are exposed to occupational health and safety hazards, where a knowledge of safe working practices is required.

    Aim - This course is intended to provide the trainee with a good understanding of the need for gas testing in outside plant, building entries, cabins and other enclosed spaces, where fixed copper, fibre and HFC/CATV networks are being constructed.
