TCLGC-004 Introduction to Quality for Non-Engineers

Aim - The aim of this course is to provide the trainee with a basic understanding of concept of Quality and how to implement Quality in the workplace.
Who should attend - The course is intended for all non-engineering personnel, who are working for a mobile telecommunications operator, who are required to produce Quality work and services in the workplace.
